Wolfgang Tillmans: View from Above
I first discovered Wolfgang Tillmans at the Turner Prize exhibition in 2000, which he won. I was instantly drawn to his work, immersed in a world of images that I’d never seen the likes of before.
One of the things I love about Tillmans’ work is the sense of his compulsion to create new images that haven’t been seen before. That’s why this month I chose this photo book, it inspires me to keep looking and keep pushing to create new photos that haven’t that describe something previously unseen.
